It’s our third time staying at this hotel and it has been amazing so far. We are comfortable with the area and the hotel is conveniently near Shimoi station too. We usually get the triple single beds or the 4 single beds. The room is still very spacious. The laundry room could be bigger. The Fam loves to use the spa as much as they can when they are there.

We selected this property for its location, which was great. For Tokyo, the rooms were reasonably large. The rooms and particularly bathrooms were dated and felt dirty even despite good cleaning service. The beds were also not comfortable. Finally, we were looking forward to the rooftop pool, however after checking in we learned that it wouldn’t open until July despite temperatures in the 90s. All in all ok value.
