"Room was not ready. We had to wait an hour after check-in time to check in. Sheets were covered in hair, shower had mold and dirt, and the room was infested with ants. We stayed for two nights. No one even emptied the garbage or offered fresh towels. We had to go down to the reception to get towels. ..."

It look like the cleaning staff was also the front desk staff and although they answered questions they did not seem to want to be there. And the frond desk would be closed during the day.
