Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. "Loved it! Amazing friendly hotel staff and beautiful decor with great amenities. I think staff go the extra mile and we felt very well looked after. We had the best holiday at Efteling and the hotel made it particularly magical (and of course convenient)."
