"I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork.
The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"

"The hotel was okay and that's it! They how ever do not accept any online booking or paid room booking. I had to pay for my room again at arrival as they refused the paid booking from hotels.com. So if you book? Be ready to make payment at property and not online.
Overall okay service. Good location and clean too. I would consider visiting again."

"Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Was welcomed immediately by very helpful staff on check in. Requested for a towel and room service which was promptly attended to. Only issue I could spot was that the shower was scalding hot . Booked a transfer with helpful receptionist lady to the airport next morning. Cost N4000 but you do get called once driver arrives and assistance with your luggage . Next time will use the pool ."

"I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch.
The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture.
The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant.
Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500.
Doors were damaged,...
