Nice stay

Spacious rooms, beautiful new pool, breakfast okay. Check out at 11am. Characterful building. No air con in rooms, fans were unavailable from reception. Lovely attentive staff but need more staff on site. Dining area needs updating. Overall good value for money. Hotel has huge potential to become 5* with investment.

Beautiful castle with cheap customer service

Beautiful castle and pool but no customer service. You have to do by yourself everything: fill in your water bottle at the bar, take your fan, your luggage… no room service. Breakfast is not a continental one. Lack of staff to welcome you. We stayed two days and they forgot to do the cleaning of our bedroom. We have to tell them!!!

Terrible service . In fact no service at all ! I asked for a fan and was ask to go myself to the warehouse to pick it up. We stay 2 nights and when we arrived at 5.30pm the second day the room has not been done ! In the morning nobody at breakfast to welcome you or ask for your coffee. No towel at the pool 4 star hotel with service of a motel

La chambre est assez grande avec une grande télé ce qui est appréciable. En revanche, il faisait froid a mon entree dans la chambre, la temperature de l eau de la douche est assez variable ce qui n est pas tres agréable. J ai pris un menu a 25 euros le soir au restaurant, cela ne vaut absolument pas le prix, le plat est vraiment sans plus et les petits pois cramé. Le dessert un financier digne d'un supermarché....

L'accueil a été moyen, la chambre n'a pas de climatisation, pas de frigo et l'éclairage est insuffisant au point qu'il nous faut réclamer une lampe d'appoint ! Le repas au restaurant de l'hôtel est une horreur. La table retenue n'est pas prête : pas de nappe ni de couvert, après 45minutes d'attente sans que rien ne se passe je dois aller réclamer qu'on s'occupe de nous. Management nul. Le bouquet : notre voiture stationnée sur le parking de l'hôtel est accidentée dans la nuit. La soit disant surveillance vidéo est incapable de voir quoi que ce soit. Etablissement à éviter et pour nous séjour à oublier.

Kamer het niet is goed maar de chateau is niet goed onderhouden vooral de tuin volledig verwaarloosd Ontkruiden en droge blaadjes overal. Oud taken gesnoeid en laten liggen. Ook rommel overal. Niet 4 sterren waardig. Bij de ontbijt geen eieren want niemand in keuken word gezegd : gewoon een apparaat en eieren zetten en zelf bedienen. Ook geen zoetjes voor de koffie en 2 yoghurts aangeboden. Een meisje is daar om te helpen maar komt niet op het idee. Prachtig zwembad

Tres bien

Séjour très agréable avec un personnel et une direction à nôtre écoute. Environnement tres calme, grand espace et piscine impeccable. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Manque toutefois la clim dans les chambres en été lors des grandes chaleurs mais nous ont mis a disposition un ventilateur.

Réception difficile à trouver, pas d'ascenseur des escaliers partout, personnel qui ne dit jamais bonjour, au bar rien a grignote même en payant, le menu du soir bof bof, pas de clim et aucune direction pour gérer un tel ensemble. On ne reviendra pas !

Un cadre et une bâtisse magnifique. Une chambre quand nous sommes arrivés sans chauffage ( 15 ° ) à 23h. Quand nous avons ouvert les radiateurs, nous avons eu un bruit d'air et eau toute la nuit ( radiateur non purgé) ce qui nous a empêchés de dormir. Toile d'araignée dans toute les pièces et des ampoules dévissés dans les lampes de chevet. Lorsque nous l'avons indiqué au personnel personne n'a été bouleversé et aucune excuse. On m'a juste dit on n'a pas de direction et le propriétaire ne prend pas de client au téléphone. C'est dommage avec un cadre comme celui ci

Hôtel qui n’est pas à la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles, ce qui est dommage vu la réputation de l’hébergement. Rien à dire sur la propreté de la chambre : c’était vraiment très propre. Pour autant niveau service et restauration : une catastrophe. Le manque de personnel se fait largement ressentir surtout au restaurant. Plus d’une heure d’attente pour ne même pas être servis en même temps. Une attente tellement longue que nous avons abandonné l’idée de prendre un dessert. De plus, un « petit déjeuner » avec des produits congelés… quel dommage pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Les environs sont très sympathiques. La bâtisse de l’hôtel est splendide. Quel dommage que le service et la restauration ne soient pas à la hauteur d’un tel cadre…

Bof / déçu de ma visite hivernale.

Deuxieme visite, première en hiver. Cadre sympa, mais qu’est-ce qu’il faisait froid ! Chauffage éteint dans les couloirs et chambres. Gardez votre doudoune !! C’est honteux je trouve. Restaurant passable/mid. Tataki reservé au frigo et servi bien bien froid (encore!). C’est donc un tartare qui se fait passer pour un tataki… prix OK !
