"It is place that I 100% recommend. Receptionist and the handyman, super helpful and available all the time for phone call. The sensation to get out of the bed, open your door and see the ocean at like 30 feet is amazing. A place that I will return for sure."

"The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back! "

"Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. "The Inn on Siesta Key was awesome. Paige and Gabe were friendly and always helpful and they provided everything you would need for the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. The beach is literally across the street with a 3 minute walk. We will definitely be coming back. "

"The overall experience was very nice. Our room was towards the back of the property right by the bay and pool. It felt very private. My only complaint was the obnoxious upstairs guest that felt the need to move furniture, run, and walk with lead feet til 1:30 every morning and repeat the routine at 7 AM. It made sleeping not so great. I wished there was a washer/dryer in room. Overall though, it was great. Room was clean and management was super nice. "
