"We stayed at QT Singapore during a 16-hour layover and arrived before the official 3pm check-in. The wonderful staff had our room ready by 2pm, which we greatly appreciated after an early flight from Bali. The room was beautifully presented and spotless. We didn’t have time to use the rooftop pool, but it looked gorgeous. The staff were kind and exceptionally helpful, especially when I lost a sentimental gift on the plane. They helped me contact the airport team, and their support meant so much during an upsetting moment. Despite our short stay, we had a lovely experience and would happily return. Highly recommended 🌸"
