"Everything was nice. Unfortunately, upon our early morning check out there was no hot water so we had to take cold showers at 5am before our 15 hour flight back to the US. When we let the front dest know abkut it, they simlly asked for our rokm number but did nothing else about it. This was probably some kind of rare glitch but unfortunately for us, it is the most memorable part of the stay. "

"I can only speak for the dorm rooms but the mattresses, if you can call them that, are atrociously thin and you basically feel like you're sleeping on wood. I've stayed in many hostels and this is by far the worst sleep I've had in a hostel. Also, the plug outlet for my room wasn't working, and though the front desk was informed multiple times and they said they'd send someone up to fix it, they never did. They offered to have me change beds but moving all of my stuff was more of an inconvenience than what it.was worth. If the staff say they're going to do something than do it. "

"Excellent budget hotel for the price and a convenient location with very cool aircon. Turn the aircon fan speed to one to minimise noise for sleeping. Some may consider the bed hard. Otherwise it one of the much better hotel 81 in spore. I stayed for 7 days with 0 issue and they allowed me an early check-in."

"This hotel was excellent, and the price was great too. I had a great time staying here. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, many of which are opened late for those late night cravings or if you get in late, and some are 24 hours. Malls, groceries, the subway station, bus stops, street market, and the beach are all within a 20 minute walk. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind, friendly, helpful, and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel. It is an excellent place to stay."
