"This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. We rented 3 rooms in total for one night because we wanted to enjoy Clearwaterbeach, BIG MISTAKE! The rooms smelled horrible! There were holes in the walls, mold in the bathrooms with visible water damage. The floors were dirty, the linens were filthy, towels dingy and stained. THERE WERE LIVE ROACHES running around and my son had 2 (what we think were)fleas on him. We spent WAY too much money to sleep in a place worse than a dumpster. "

"My family of 5 stayed here to watch a few Blue Jays spring training games. An easy walk to and from TD Park. There is a walking path that is connected from the hotel straight to the park - super convenient and safe! The staff at the hotel were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Property is okay for a quick stay. It’s more like an airbnb than a hotel. There is definitely a disruption/lack in communication between the agent you can message or call and their staff. I had arrived in the evening and there were some odd stains on the linens, but no staff on site to get new ones. Online agent did inform me housekeeping would be by at 11 the next morning and would change them. The next morning I was woken up by people knocking at my door at 9:30 am, un announced and in no type...

"Extremely overpriced for the quality of the property. I’d say it’s worth no more than $200 per night. Definitely not the $600+ that we paid for 1 night. Linens could definitely use replacing or some bleach. Everything looked dingy. Only positive was the location. Will not be staying here again."

"The bed was clean and the room was quiet. So it served the purpose. But very spartan overall. They did not clean my room after the first night. The staff on duty said it was because I was not there to open the door. Duh. Very awkward approach to the property due to one-way roads."

"I encountered the staff while I was sitting outside with family. The owner was personable and very nice. The room was older, the shower was very small and there was an occasional small bug that came in but it was comfortable for what I needed it for and for the amount of time I needed it."

"It’s old style buffet Florida Motel. The family running the property were responsive and helpful. Kitchen was basic and we brought our own pots and pan, cutlery too. We were happy with these very simple accommodations, decent beds and clean sheets and towels. No frills, but that was fine for us. "

"This was a great stay. The location is beautiful with walking paths next to the bay just out of your door. Duneden just a short walk to the north had tons of great restaurants and the food was great. The breakfast is great and includes real eggs, bacon, sausage etc. But, if you arrive for breakfast the last half hour of it being served don't plan too eat because they stop replenishing it. Great stay over all and affordable!"
