"The host was very responsive and was able to communicate with us using translation tools pretty easily. The location is great and the Hanok captures the feel of the village around it. Keep in mind because this is a historic building, that while there are certain modern amenities like a hair dryer, there is not a full size shower or full size towels, just hand size towels. "The areaโ€™s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate. The man we talked to on the phone when checking in had a nasty tone and was extremely disrespectful. The rooms also donโ€™t have much privacy so keep that in mind if youโ€™re looking to book."
