"Hotel is located in a residential neighborhood. Very quite and had a community feel. Tue downside is that you have to walk for 10-15 minutes to the nearest bus stop or train station. Very close to Kyoto Imperial Place and Nishiki Market. (15-18 minutes walk). The property itself is clean and the whole apartment is spotless! No complains."

"The property is nearly new. It is only 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and 15 minutes from Kyoto station. Everything was clean and perfect except room spaces. We are a family of 4 adults and it was really small for us. There is a small kitchen but no place to sit, no table. It is good for sleeping only. "

"An amazing experience given the apartment had a private onsen, but the multiple rooms were amazing along with a decent sized fridge free washing machine and coffee machine.
