"We had no HVAC working properly and no maintenance available to help. We upgraded to the Pure room. Currently working on a resolution for this extremely hot and loud night. Will update my review once I hear back. But this specific location is outdated and old. But the staff was truly so kind. "

"Poor customer service, and the facilities are not what is expected in every aspect. There were people in the room I was supposed to be using, so I ended up going to another hotel."

"Beautiful hotel as you walk in. We had 2 young kids with us and the pool was very cold, wish it was warmer. Our room was big and spacious, but the bed was not comfortable. The 2 other rooms I paid for the guests said the beds were not comfortable as well. Also the street traffic was VERY loud all night. There were alot of options for breakfast, including made fresh omletes and pancakes. My husband was waiting for my sons Mickey Mouse pancake and watched a cockroach fall from the vent directly above the food onto the prep counter, the cook saw it and had a rag to swipe it on the ground. The cook then used the same rag he was using to wipe pans out for the omletes."
