"We always arrive after hours. Staff is great at handling our requests and arranging for late arrival. "

"Parking free and good. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. The office was only open from 9a-6p when we were there in mid May. The only half and half (real cream) was available in the office not in the guest room with the coffee maker. Room was kind of small but clean and comfortable. Nice view of the lake! "

"Arrived a little after 3 pm. Told us to come back at 4. We showed out ID used our credit card for essentials. Came back at 4:30 and had to show ID again, then they gave us the key card, went to our room and the keys wouldn’t work. Went back told them . No apologies no nothing gave us another set of keys and finally got in"

"I was very happy with the site and the unit itself. However I was not prepared for just what I needed to bring with me. The master bedroom was comfortable and clean. But the trailer smelled musty. However the pull out beds were ok there were no additional sheets for the beds in the second bedroom. We did go to the local store and purchased some as well as blankets and air freshener. The weather had turned off cooler than expected. We also bought charcoal for the grill since we brought patties....

"Breakfast ended too early for us to take advantage of as well as we had plans to go out anyways so can't properly rate that. Otherwise there's not really any amenities so... Room was pretty clean just a few random bits and bobs of lint hanging around ... Great price for the area definitely within walking distance of the mall which is great!"

"it’s a great location and it looks like they’re going through some renovations. Unfortunately their thermostat was out of commission so we had to settle for a super dusty fan lol. thankfully the weather was nice and mild and AC was not needed so we managed. I would stay again for the location and helpful staff"
