But they didn’t respond to my messages and calls until one hour before actual arrival. The second, the apartment was terrible - it was dirty and the bathrooms were in terrible conditions. "I noticed how the host responds to any criticism, so I will not be specific. I will just say that it was one of worst places we ever stayed in Europe. Now, I know this is budget accommodation, no need to repeat it, I know that you provide air conditioning (most places do). I would just encourage you to travel and experience the standard of other budget locations. We run a small guest house in Italy and if we kept our place in those conditions we would be shut down and fined heavily."
