Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lacey – Olympia by IHG
Staff was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash was all provided which makes traveling so easy. The hotel is surrounded by large pines, it's gorgeous!

Was a construction zone. I conversed with other guests and heard complaints from all of them, including no hot water on the entire 4th floor. I was on the 3rd floor and had hot water. I just had no heat or air or even a fan. It would not turn on or operate at all. It was actually hanging partcially ...
