"Very nice and in my budget. Area was close to stores and restaurants. Construction around was annoying but the hotel was fine."

"The food was good. On the weekend they serve hot food: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, etc. On weekdays they only have cold foods and waffles. You better get down there earl enough, once the food is gone, even if it is before the quitting time for breakfast, it is gone."

"The breakfast menu had an added bonus: chocolate waffles!!!!! The staff was courteous. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was underwhelming. The shower ran extra water on the bottom and through the spout but overall good experience. I would stay at the property again."

"Hotel was nice, breakfast was good, hotel was clean BUT when we arrived, when we checked in we were told the elevator wasn’t working, an our room was on the 4th floor. This would have been fine if it was only our one day of our stay. It was not working the entire 5 days of our reservation. I think they should have made better accommodation, move us floors or check with other IHG hotels in the area for same accommodation. A bit disappointing seeing I use IHG hotels all the time! "

"There was ants in our room and there was a pillow with blood Stain on it .. didn’t like the sliding door for the Restroom "

"Upon arrival one of our beds was covered in hairs , appeared to be from laundry room . Just was an easy thing to see, how could they miss that. Went to front desk and told receptionist. He said cleaning staff was gone for the evening, He personally went to our room and vhanged the sheets for us. William did not hesitate to help and it shows a great amount of Commitment & Dedication to his Job. That made us satisfied with our room. All else about our stay was very good. Easy access, great breakfast buffet. Great workout room. Staff is friendly and courteous. "
