Such a pleasant atmosphere! Excellent swimming pool very clean! The staff here is superb and attentive! Great free breakfast! Highly recommend this place!

The property overall is wonderful, walkable, quiet and safe. The only the thing we noticed was there are mosquitos or bugs. Still we will come back.

All the staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond. The hotel needs a lot of repair/maintenance though. However, problems encountered in the room were handled/fixed right away.

Everything is great, only one thing that's a bit off is when we got there the first time there is a smell of strong paint odor, we got used to it within our stay, other than that everything is good o and by the way the breakfast is good 😋

Upon check-in, the hotel staff is helpful, carried all our things. Hair dryer is available upon request. The shower area has no curtain or door to prevent the water from coming out of the floor. The bath towels are clean, white and soft to the skin. Bed linens are not that white but smells good(need to be replaced). Pillows are comfortable to use. Overall, the place is huge for couples and well sanitized.

Beautiful pool and outside areas. Close to beach walk and bars. Plenty restaurants in walking distance but Food in this property is very good we preferred eating there several times. Breakfast is a menu with few options but also very tasty. Unfortunately the rooms require some updating ,our showerhead was very mouldy and had to be changed, the toilet seat was loose and needed to be fixed. The staff are very polite and helpful. We will be back and hope that some maintenance can be done to make this property as beautiful as it was before the pandemic.

This stay was one of the most memorable vacation stays I’ve had in a long time. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The views and pool were a plus. Truly will recommend staying here.

The staff was great! Check in was super easy and quick. The food at Cafe Azul was always fresh and delicious. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and clean!

Overall a very nice stay!
The staff were very attentive to customers' needs. The rooms (we were in 3 rooms) were big and came complete with a ref, electric stove, microwave and water heater. The place was fairly in good condition but a little bit more maintenance will make things better. Food is good. Minor complaint, extra pillows would have been nice. There were only 2 pillows in the bedroom, I am used to having 4 (2 soft and 2 firm) on the bed on most hotels I've checked in. We will go back!

Restaurants, entertainment and points of interest are within walking distance. Staff is very courteous and accommodating. The breakfaat buffet when available was excellent. A La carte selections for breakfast were ok but limited.

Not too crowded. A/c, cable tv and internet are perfectly functioning. Kitchen has microwave, ref, stove and toaster. The A/C in our room suddenly leaked but the staff quickly fixed them. Pool has jaccuzzi and small slide. The heater is our room is unstable, one minute its hot, then water becomes too cold. overall experince is not bad but could defined be better. Good for families.
