Beautiful quiet hotel right in the centre of town close to everything. The hotel is very nice and staff were amazing.

Komplikace s ubytování bez problému vyřešeny
Nová paní ředitelka, při komplikacích s rezervací vstřícná, komunikativní. Paní na recepci také komunikativní, ale již méně vstřícná, pravděpodobně to vyplývá z menších pravomocí, hotel čistý, přijemný, snídaně výborná.

Krásný pobyt v centru
Místnost měla nádherný výhled a byla moderně zařízená, nic nám nechybělo. Moc příjemná byla velká a hezky zařízená koupelna. V restauraci byla výborná snídaně, personál je milý a prostředí je pěkné a útulné. Trochu problém byl, že penzion je umístěn v centru a okolí bylo v době našeho pobytu v noci bohužel velmi hlučné.

Díky za pochvalu. Hlučnost v okolí hotelu je dána i programem akcí v centru Olomouce. Pokud k nám přijedete příště můžete požádat o pokoj s oknem do dvorního traktur

Příjemný penzion v centru
Milé překvapení byl upgrade pokoje na suite. Personál byl milý a ochotný. Perfektní poloha v centru. Snídaně bohaté s výběrem teplých i studených jídel. Rádi se příště ubytujeme znovu.
