The location is excellent. The host is very available and quickly answered questions. We had an issue with the hot water and she helped us resolve it within minutes. Comfortable clean practical room. Easy to get anywhere in Lugano. The laundry room requires a bit of negotiation with others during busy times. Bring your own laundry soap and basket - for travelers this means a trip to the grocery store.

I brought my other half to this Villa for a 1 night stay for a proposal. It was everything I wanted, stunning view, amazing room, helpful and kind staff there is nothing that was bad or out of place! It made the whole trip amazing
