"The hot tub was excellent, excellent water pressure and the water temperature stayed hot for a long time. The rooms were quiet no shared walls meant no noisy neighbors. The bed was actually comfortable. The pillows were awful 18” decorative pillows not bed pillows. There were 3 lightbulbs out in our room. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the fan in the water closet sounded like a dying dinosaur. For a stay beyond a day or 2 there was no dresser and only 2 hangers in the closet no way to unpack clothes. There was a serious gap around the exterior door you could see outside and inside! The door to the water closet didn’t shut. Even with these issues we will be back to stay for the bed and hot tub, we’ll just bring hangers and pillows from home."

"I always wipe the bathroom down at the very least when I get into a room and when I did it here there was nothing coming up! Clean from the toilet to the tub. Wiped the room down and it was the same. Pretty small room. Didn’t go to the restaurant. But liked the location as well. I normally catch the train in so now I know this place is right around the corner (5 minute walk). Paid for parking beforehand and it was the best decision they have a valet service. Checked out the concessions they had didn’t look interesting to me looked cold and unappealing, but there were many ppl buying food and coffee they serve Starbucks coffee (just the coffee, none of their food items). There is a fridge in the room and a microwave in the lobby."
