"Property still has the original charm, but the overall maintenance of the vineyard was poor. Change of management since the retirement of the original owners. The vines are dead, the lotus in the pond were all dead and the greens around the verendah were overgrown."

"Some friends booked for us to stay here whilst attending a sporting event whilst over from the UK. It’s a conference centre first and foremost and for the ten days we were there there were no conferences so was very very quiet with limited facilities available. However, it proved to be an excellent base for us, the rooms were very comfortable (the beds are huge) and provided kettles, toasters, fridge etc. There’s no reception after I think about 5pm so having left my keycard in the room at...

"Very helpful ladies at the front desk at check in. Room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. Was really surprised (and pleased) to see the complimentary bottles of water restocked every day, too! Also really nice staff at the bar if you want a drink during your stay. Definitely a good value place to lay your head every night."

"The room was spotless as always and the staff are always courteous and ready to talk to you (no waiting). There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, I'm not sure how they can deal with this if people choose to break the rules, but perhaps a bit of awareness to leave door & windows open to air it out, just a suggestion."
