Résidence bien tenue, exceptée la piscine non utilisable pendant 2 jours suite à un orage. Le gardien a été très réactif à nos demandes. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Appréciation de la Résidence ODALYS Casa d'Orinaju

Rapport qualité prix très médiocre LES POINTS NEGATIFS Nettoyage de l'appartement relativement superficiel à notre arrivée. Facturation supplémentaire du nettoyage de l'appartement (50 Eur) rendu soi-disant obligatoire en raison de l'épidémie de COVID-19 Piscine hors service pendant 36 heures, l'eau ayant tourné (eau verte) Volet routant électrique du séjour hors service, nous ayant empêché de dormir le matin Pas de séparation entre les terrasses des différents appartements ; vous déjeunez et dinez avec vos voisins... Mobilier relativement inadapté : tables et chaises en métal léger (aluminium) générant beaucoup de nuisances sonores, table de la terrasse perforée (tous les déchets type miettes tombent à terre sur la terrasse) Vétusté des pergolas en bois, certains appartements n'en étant plus équipés Qualité générale moyenne du mobilier interne : support de douche branlant, certains appareils ménagers INOP, pas d'armoire de rangement dans toutes les chambres,... Facturation de toute prestation supplémentaire : TV, wifi, machine à laver (8 Eur !!!) Pas de toilettes au RDC (les deux à l'étage) LES POINTS POSITIFS Appartement tout de même spacieux, y compris la terrasse extérieure La résidence est bien placée sur le plan géographique Parking privatif et sécurisé Cuisine bien équipée Bonne literie avec lits large (160 X 200) Résidence très calme Climatisation (important au mois d'août) Deux salles d'eau avec toilettes (à l'étage) Note générale : 6/10
