Felt safe

Excellent experience! I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The service was excellent, personnel were kind and helpful and hotel was clean. English communication good. Sauna was a bit disappointing, but there was some other small heat room that was pleasant. Overall a great experience and I recommend!

Clean, functional, non-fussy room. However, there were some details that were awkward for me. I am not terribly short (152 cm), but I could only reach the on button for the light over the sink by using my hairbrush to extend my reach. The towel rack was also exceptionally high, and I could just barely reach it. Such design mistakes do not meet anyone's idea of accessibility for normal items.

Sehr schönes Hotel, zu Fuss vom Bahnhof in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr schönes großes sauberes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und gutem Bad. Umfangreiches leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Komme gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs, davon hörte man jedoch nichts. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Ich wurde freundlich begrüßt und hatte nichts Negatives anzumerken.

War auf einer Dienstreise. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, hat ausreichend Parkplätze, gute Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Nette Geste: man kann sich am Getränkekühlschrank bedienen und mit Kollegen im Aufenthaltsraum klönen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ungewöhnlich waren die kostenlosen Getränke in der Minibar und auf dem Flur, der Kaffeeautomat, der jederzeit und kostenlos zur Verfügung stand, sogar Eis konnte man sich nehmen. Top Hotel, sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist nachts der Verkehrslärm, aber man kann das Fenster auch zulassen. Fazit: Top, Top, Top... weiter so!

Erfreulich ist der Gesamteindruck als ein All-incluve - Frühstückshotel. Für mich ein kleiner Wermutstropfen wäre gerade diese Einengung auf ein Hotel Garni, was aber mein Problem ist und nicht das des Hotels. Ich habe bei der Hotelauswahl nicht richtig hingeschaut Ich mag einfach alles aus einer Hand, mit anderen Worten, ich mag ein Hotelangebot. Aber das schmälert nicht die positiven Seiten des Hotels, wie ich sie Eingangs beschrieben habe. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die ausgesprochene Kundenfreundlichkeit und natidas Super - Frühstücksbuffet.
