"Extensive breakfast buffet, hardworking, helpful staff, comfortable rooms and great outside areas. Some parts of the hotel, notably the dining room, could use an update but this did not detract from our stay."

"From the moment we arrived at this beautifully elevated agriturismo in the heart of the Portuguese Alentejo, we were swept into a different rhythm—one that felt personal, civil, and unhurried, as if we were cherished guests at a friend’s traditional whitewashed farmhouse.
The property itself is a vision: simple and elegant, with classic whitewashed walls that glow in the afternoon light and frame sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from...

"This property is heavenly, a real oasis from the hustle and bustle of busy towns. The service is very attentive, the breakfast is out of this world. They served so much food that there was no room left on the table! We particularly enjoyed the fresh pressed OJ every morning. This place is peaceful, small and gorgeous!"

"Enjoyed our stay very much
Only comment was that when showering water leaked into bathroom but did not spoil our stay
Would highly recommend
Excellent breakfast "
"The room was quiet, the heat pump worked well, the water was hot, the pools were great. Very clean. We had trouble figuring out the cooktop and coffee machine, but the staff patiently taught us. Grocery store down the hill, and huge one at the mall nearby. Walking to Tavira wasn’t very nice, so we drove."
"Beautiful hotel for the price … large supermarket 2 minutes away was handy with refrigerator in room. 3 minutes to riverwalk, with shops, restaurants & beach ferry. TV’s are a little small for the size of the room and digital reception was poor. Stayed 6 nights and would stay again."
Check out Tavira’s main square, which served as the town’s marketplace for centuries and is now surrounded by restaurants and elegant heritage buildings with preserved façades.
Dating back to the 16th century, this church is one of the Algarve’s most exquisite pieces of Renaissance architecture that includes remarkable stonemasonry.
