"I felt this room was a health hazard. The carpet was wet and musty from humidity which left the tile wet when walked on. (Slipped but didn't fall.) The bathroom smelled like methane gas or sulfur our entire stay. The rubber seal on the bottom of the shower door is missing so water leaked onto the floor unless we figured a way to stuff a face cloth in the opening. "It was a nice size space right on the beach with a mini fridge and freezer, coffee and sitting area. The balcony was over looking the beach with chairs on it as well as on the beach below. Nice touch of a breakfast delivered to your room by 8:00 AM"

"Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. They do not have dedicated parking but there was never any shortage of available free on street parking within a few hundred feet of the front door and we were there during 4th of July weekend. There is a secure parking garage 400 feet away and tons of public metered parking downtown if necessary.
