"Property is well maintained. Main entrance for the hotel has stairs with no ramp or easily accessible alternative option. Challenging with suitcases. An elevator is available in the parking garage behind the property. Would be helpful if the information about the hotel described the entry and alternative entry options."

"Great place. Clean, that is always my main concerns when traveling and it did not disappoint. Very convenient place if visiting Hilton Head. Would highly recommend. The staff were super helpful!!!"

"This is a great value stay on Island. I particularly enjoy the fridge/freezer so I can refreeze the ice packs for my cooler. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are very clean and spacious. I've stayed several times with no complaints."

"Breakfast was good. They only had omelettes with peppers in them. So no plain eggs for picky eating kids. They also used one spoon for the eggs, potatoes and the sausage so cross contamination was there for vegetarians who wanted potatoes. The pull out sofa was surprisingly comfy. The shower and bathroom was clean. However, when I arrived one toilet paper roll was almost emptied so having that already freshened up would’ve been nice."

"Had an awesome stay! The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. You could tell the sheets were softer than average hotel sheets. The pool was clean and they had towels by the pool. Loved the contactless check in, made it quick and easy especially since we got there late."

"This is absolutely one of the best locations on the island. It is within walking distance of Coligney Beach which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool was clean. Bike rentals available. Free breakfast but we chose to eat breakfast out. The only complaint I had was the matress was very firm but they were actually in the process of changing all the mattresses as of our departure so I've already booked to go back."

"Leslie was the front desk employee when I called to check in early and she was fabulous. She had such a great personality and got us checked in early so we could enjoy our time. We happened to come stay as they were replacing all of the mattresses at Spark. The beds were already so comfortable but the new mattresses are even better. We stayed here twice and will continue to come back. It’s close to Coligny Beach and shops and the breakfast is simple yet filling. We have had zero complaints each...
