"This was not our first stay there. They were able to accommodate our request however our room smelled like smoke, we instantly went back to the lobby and were able to swap for a different room. New room was nice and smelled good."

"Bed was comfortable and it was great for a few nights stay. The pool was so dirty though. The tile clearly hadn’t been cleaned recently, if ever, and there was so much stuff floating in the water and on the bottom of the pool. Was pretty gross. There was very limited breakfast options for gluten or dairy free individuals. My room also had a sticky spot in the carpet that was pretty gross. "Ben at the Front Desk was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. We wanted to be on the third floor but needed an elevator. There was one close by - perfect location. But it was not in service the first day. The ladies at the breakfast area were wonderful. Attentive and highly efficient. Toilet plugged up once and one dresser drawer would not close all the way and sometimes slid open, tv had slow reaction time and lost signal at times. Overall, excellent stay."
