"The only things that lets down staying here is there is no onsite resturant, had to walk to their other site for breakfast and it was hard to find, better signage where enterance, other than that it was a very pleasant stay with great staff that was very helpful"

"We have stayed at Burbury a few times, so quite a decent hotel. However, we have selected Twin beds and this was not set up when we arrived. This has happened more than once, so need to review their process for guests' bed preferences and set up the room accordingly. They did provide complimentary drinks for this shortcoming, but would prefer the have the room ready when we arrive after 3pm so we have the room for resting."

"This was my 3rd stay at The Statesman. Whilst this room was not as quiet as my previous rooms, it was still good. Comfy bed, nice block out curtains & a huge bathroom with great water pressure. Plently of room for a tub if you do more renovations. The little fridge was big enough, altho a fridge with a freezer section would be beneficial for things like an ice brick if your guest needs to use an esky whilst travelling. Staff in the bar & restaurant always friendly & helpful, and the food is good."
