"The cleaning service was not good. They failed to clean the bathroom, and we reported to the front desk , the cleaning lady came back but still didn’t clean the bathroom. The night shift staff wasn’t professional but overall I like the property."

"Upon arriving at the property we were quickly greeted by the bell hop who doubled as the valet. He was very polite & accommodating as my wife is currently in a wheelchair and he made sure she was able to safely enter the hotel. The front desk was extremely courteous, as well. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. "This is an older hotel, however it is very well maintained and the rooms and baths are modern. It has a charming atmosphere and a beautiful court yard area with lots of seating. Each floor had a station with a coffee maker, ice, fresh fruit and bottled water for your convenience. The hotel is also centrally located. I would recommend the Emeline!"
