"There is a $5.00 per-person “recover fee” for booking the room through online platforms, and there was no email warning of this, so I had to pay an additional $20.00 for the room. The receptionist was not friendly. She asked me twice if I had any pets (I did not). There was a 1 inch gap between the doorframe and the threshold. The A/C was not on, took the room quite some time to cool off, but once it did it worked. The linens had been “washed” however, the pillow cases had makeup stains on them. The bedsheet had holes in it. One of the washrags had brown stain on it, could have been makeup , could have been crap. Urine around the base of the toilet, walls had stains as well. The room smelled like cigarettes despite being a “non-smoking” room. The gap under the door allowed the smell of marijuana the neighbors decided to smoke waft in. The workers that I was not aware of began work on the roof at 7:00am, before we were really ready to wake up, but we couldn’t sleep more anyway if we wanted too. I was not thanked after check in or check out for staying. I won’t be booking them again. At least there were no bed bugs I suppose."

"The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. It good food and selection was a pleasant surprise. There was plenty of parking. The pool was a large and very clean. The gym was minimal, but clean. The only downside was there is a bench at the entrance to the parking area that attracted loitering adults."
