"Emailed to ask to book a taxi upon our arrival. Had a reply saying that they would be able to do it. Gave all flight details to the hotel but no taxi was ordered. Arrived at the hotel after our flight to be given the wrong room and was told by the receptionist that I was incorrect and that I had the wrong information (Which I didn’t and showed him to get the correct room) Wasn’t very helpful at all. Other than that it was a good stay. Reasonable breakfast and reasonable room"

"Parking was someone easy. I say this because crossing the bridge to get there was quite sketchy. The room was not that great. The bathroom was extremely small. My wife is 5'8 and she hit her head on the bathroom door. There is a heater/ radiator in the room but it was quite ineffective. We woke up the next morning. Very cold. We woke up in the middle of the night. It's very cold. Why were we were there? Low was only 50 degrees Fahrenheit. And it was still really cold with the heat turned up full...

"Die Lage ist einfach phantastisch. Parken ist auf jeden Fall teuer und zeitaufwendig. Die Rezeptionistin hat uns (3 Personen) in einem Zimmer mit 2 Betten eingecheckt. Danach war sie sehr genervt, weil wir uns beschwert haben. Ein absolutes No-Go!!! Auch wenn wir kein slovenisch sprechen (ich hab bulgarische Wurzeln) merken wir, wenn sich die beiden Damen unangemessen über die Gäste unterhalten. Fürs Protokoll: Augen verdrehen ist keine Höflichkeitsgeste. Nirgends auf der Welt!"

"Je devais séjourner dans une chambre tout confort de cette dépendance malheureusement en raison d'un problème d'eau une chambre dans le palais m'a été attribuée. J'aurai apprecié un surclassement ou dédommagement en raison de leur erreur mais non, j'ai eu une chambre basique sans rideaux occultants, mal chauffée avec un petit radiateur supplementaire d'appoint qui fonctionnait mal, pas de bouilloire ni thé, très bruyante en raison des portes qui claquent et resonnent dans le hall... J'ai été...

"L'hotel è perfetto su tutti i punti di vista. La colazione è buona e abbondante, le camere sono ampie e pulite. Il letto è molto comodo. Il personale è molto disponibile. Unico neo è il wifi, che funzionava ma era molto lento (penso a chi magari deve fare una video conferenza per lavoro). Inoltre la pulizia è ogni 3 giorni, che è ok, ma non ho capito se c'è la possibilità di richiederla anche prima. Ci tornerei sicuramente!"
