We were attending an event with bus shuttles from Ball Event Center/Garmin campus... so a convenient location. Easy to get on/off I35 and to many nearby restaurants also

We were in a loud room near the stairs. Door slamed a lot. Room was dated. One elevator near a wall was not easy with luggage.

The location was great. The room was noisy, bathtub had rust in it, the light was out in the bathroom. There was no coffee and the coffee pot very dirty.

The room was musty, and the heating unit didnt work correctly. The shower was just okay, the towels terrible. The food downstairs was very substandard for this kind of hotel. Very disappointing overall. There are Lots of choices all around this area, so next time, I will try a different property.

For the price , its unacceptable how outdated some things are. The shower/tub was old and had rust. The blankets for the pull out couch had stains on them as well as the towels! The pool area was the most disappointing . Very small pool and non functioning hot tub.
We got the the room, went to put the card in and the door was already open. The door had trouble closing. Pretty much had to slam it shut. The bathroom floor had dead bugs and the shower curtain was falling down. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again.
I had a reservation for a room that I made over a month in advance. When my family and I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been canceled by the hotel without my consent or any notification and there were no rooms available. We were put in a very bad situation in the night and had to travel to another state to find a room. I know the hotel had my contact info, because they emailed me confirmation, etc. A notification that they were canceling my room would have been nice.
We stayed in room 210 and the smell of mold and mildew was so strong I had a headache and couldn’t sleep. Ants crawling on the bathroom sink. The pullout couch was so uncomfortable. Finally at 2am I gave up and went and asked for a different room. They were courteous and gave us a new room. Again ants in that bathroom as well. Still a smell but not near as bad. Very disappointed that I paid $156 for this. Breakfast was decent but the turkey sausage was gray and looked nasty. My son enjoyed the biscuits and gravy 😀 wish I could get a refund honestly
The shower curtain was dirty and the towels were a lot worn.

The room was wet and sticky feeling.
It was super gross and nothing like what I would have expected for the price we paid for the room.

The room was wet and sticky. So if you want to feel like you’re camping then it’s a great room.
It may have been because there was was rain but they need to air out the rooms better.
The soundproof of the room was not good you can hear everything above the room and everything in the hall way.
There was mold in the shower and a piece of trim laying in the overall I was not happy with this room.
