"Very disappointed with this hotel!!!! We booked two rooms with two queen beds, but when we arrived, the front desk told us they only had one room with two queen beds. They said Expedia sold a room type that the hotel did not have available. Our second room had only one queen bed. The second room also had a bad smell, and the bathroom was dirty. "They initially had us in a 2nd floor room, but we're able to switch to ground floor room as I can't do the stairs. In that regard they were very accommodating. The bedding and towels were very clean, but the floor was filthy and the soap/shampoo/conditioner containers empty. I notified the front desk who said they would tell housekeeping. No problem as they were not expecting to put us in that room. But after 4 days...floor still filthy, no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also weird that...
