"Very convenient spot, quick to get to the train station and a million things to do in the area. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, many spoke a bit of multiple languages. Great showers, clean throughout. Gym is very very small, and the shower soap was a bit strong… but hey, it was 90 and humid during July so it’s probably necessary. Overall a fantastic place to stay if you want to see what tokyo is all about. "

"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."

"Staff are very nice and helpful. Rail stations are five minutes away. Eateries are close by too. Room is adequate for two clean and equipped with all necessary items. Bed is comfortable. "

"Really nice hotel to stay, it is a quiet area, nothing much to do, but great location for easy access to transportation and moving around, 4 metro lines. There is a small seven eleven in the station opening until 11, but convenient to stop at night on the way to the hotel. The rooms are small, but comfortable and they provide you with everything you need. "

"Great staff and hospitality when I was checking in. The hotel building was very nice and clean and offered good amenities. The location was prime in the asakusa neighborhood - walking distance but far enough to be quiet in the night time. Highly reccomend! "

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
