"This is nice place to stay, if you continue down the main road you will find restaurants, Lotte Mart and coffee places within 8 minutes from the hotel. The people who work there are wonderful and are very friendly. Definitely will be back. "

"Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought it’s pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "

"The area surrounding the resort was beautiful and has many places to go for walks. There are also many activities for children. The resort itself was very convenient with many fun facilities, stores, and restaurants. We stayed in the gold suit, and it was spacious for multi families to share and spend fun vacation together."

"Overall good. A little dated and cheaper furnishings, but clean, safe and in a good location. Note if getting a private pool villa with yard and grill, you must pay additional daily fees to actually use the pool or grill."

The staff were super helpful and very patient with me since I did not speak Korean or know my way around the instant ramen cooker. And incredible service, The owner (Mr. Lee & his wife)were very friendly and very informative felt like we were visiting closest friends for a night out, room cleanliness is close to godliness, bedding sheets was so fresh and clean we give this hotel a top bedding condition hotel among the 20 hotels we visited in Korea from 5 stars to 2 stars, even with Low room rate it comes with continental Breakfast was plus, We definitely come back...
