"Facility is undergoing renovation, but what has been done is excellent. Our room had been completed at the time of our stay, though several rooms near ours were in process of remodeling. Room was clean and all furnishings and fixtures were new. Kitchenette came with a 3/4-size fridge with separate freezer compartment and plenty of room for storing food in both. "It was hot in the room"

"When we first pulled up the outside of the building had me concerned as it is older and in need of updating. The check in was fast and easy. When we entered the building to go to our room the hotel was clean and the hotel room itself was very comfortable. The building was old, but you could tell they were making updates. "The pet fees were excessive, but understandable if the property has had bad experiences. Whatever they use in the rooms for freshener or cleaner was headache inducing. We tried running the fan with the doors and window opened to no avail. The rooms were otherwise clean and the beds were comfortable. "

"The property was very clean, and affordable. The husband and wife (i assume the owners) were very nice and communicated well. The area didn't seem too bad to me, but i was only there for one night. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area."
