Not great... The 2nd star is for the staff, otherwise a 1 star. Pullout couch was filthy—our teenaged son slept on top with sheets covering it. I wouldn’t want to sit on it either.
Carpet was disgusting—visibly dirty and also sticky to the touch. Wear shoes!
Furniture in disrepair… torn chairs, wobbly dresser drawers.
Bathtub basin (non-slip surface) yellowed due to age (not housekeeping).
Drain system is hilarious… when you run the tub drain, you hear “glug, glug, glug” in the bathroom sink and in the kitchen sink.
Parking—$$$!! Ridiculous, but perhaps “normal” for Bricktown properties.
HVAC unit is LOUD—perhaps original to the property.
Positives: location (walk to basketball, baseball, or Bricktown fun), staff was always kind and hardworking. Front desk tried to make the pullout couch situation right by giving us a comp. Housekeeping is doing their best (only so much you can do).
The place needs a total remodel, or at least our room (319). At the very least, a deep clean of the carpet and furniture. Yikes. Wish we would not have booked a non-refundable room. And stayed at one of the Hilton properties close by.
