My hotel was cancelled last minute. I booked another through Expedia. When u got to the property they had just received my booking request. The lady at the desk didn’t know if they had a room for me but was able to move things around and reassure me I would have a room. So thankful for her!! The property is very nice and in a good area. Highly recommend!!

Not enough washcloths in the room the road noise kept me up all night obviously it’s not insulated well and the front staff never told us any of the amenities when we checked in. We didn’t even know they offered breakfast so we didn’t get to enjoy that or we would’ve come down earlier if we knew.

New hotel, great value and totally worth it!

We were driving cross country and needed a stop in OKC. We chose this hotel because it was right off the I-40 and convenient for us. It ended up being just what we needed after a long day of car travel. It’s clear that it is pretty newly opened, as everything is pristine and still smells new :) The room we had was beautifully appointed and our kids enjoyed the pool. They have a basketball hoop too, which my son loved. Lots of food options around the area. Breakfast was especially nice with lots of options. I liked the coffee/tea bar, and it even had iced coffee and flavored syrups, which I’ve not seen anywhere else. Would definitely stay again if in OKC.

I did not stay. On a late 7:30 pm check in I'm told there was a problem with the TV remote. Since checkout is 11, they've known about this for at least 7 hours. They said they would bring a new one which they tried but it didn't work. They said they would call their facilities support people to get it fixed and then told me it could not happen. I was not willing to stay at a hotel with no TV. I advised them that I was leaving and they said they would back out there charges but so far they haven't. I left and went to another nearby hotel.
