3 night stay I, never got any coffe replaced, ice machine was broke, early morning staff was so loud laughing in the morning woke people up in their rooms. No prior warning of facility undergoing renovations and lobby was a mess. Not what I’ve come to expect from courtyard. Disappointed

The desk attendant was very nice. We reserved the room last minute. The room was clean, and cozy. Had a comfortable place outside to smoke.

Had two rooms, both on the third floor. One had the window wide open and lock mounted beside the door was hanging down broken. Holes that had been poorly patched all over both rooms. Other room had someone else’s clothes and socks in bottom drawer. Obviously had not been fully cleaned. The “courtyard” was nothing but weeds. And should have payed attention to “breakfast available” meaning you have to purchase the over priced food in the morning. Indoor Pool was ice cold as well which was the main reason for staying there.

We stayed here for the location and its close proximity to relatives. The room was very comfortable as well as the bed. The front desk staff, notably Gina, was extremely helpful and friendly and the bartender was wonderful also(did not get his name). Love having complimentary coffee in the lobby that is actually good coffee!

I’ve stayed here multiple times as I come to OKC quite often. I’ve never had an issue previously. This visit, I had the housekeeper attempt to come into both of my rooms with her key even after telling her through the door her services weren’t needed (as I had just gotten out of the shower). I likely will not stay at this place again but the surrounding area is very nice.

I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels. The front desk staff at this Courtyard was amongst the friendliest and most caring I have ever experienced! Great job!

Overall the staff and cleanliness of this hotel were good. There were some spots in the bathroom that had the previous guests hair but not enough to complain. I give it three stars only due to the fact that there was no complimentary breakfast for the price we paid to stay at the hotel.

Great stay for my family !!
My husband hates staying at hotels but this hotel was surprisingly excellent for him!! He wants us to stay here everytime we visit OKC. The room was cozy, bed super comfy, and the staff very friendly and helpful!! Our girls also had a wonderful there first time staying at a hotel, they loved the halloween decor and awesome "free" snacks at the hotel market that could be charged to the room !!

It was very quiet and nice and safe. Easy to find and parking was nice the property was super clean I recommend this hotel to everyone. Our only problem was the was no breakfast when we got up and the coffee area was closed other than that we loved our stay

Great, clean hotel
Everything was clean and in a great location. Check in and service were great. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The only complaint I have is the shower had a leak and the tile had a rather large crack, which really didnt effect me but it wasn't pretty. Also, make sure you turn on the "avoid tolls" setting on whatever map you use to get there or you could get a surprise bill in the mail, which isnt the hotels fault but just a heads up. I would definitely stay again!

The property itself was nice; our room, and the bathroom in particular, didn’t “fee”l clean. There was touch up paint everywhere, and it just didn’t look the same as the pics when I initially booked.
