Nice and cosy place
Nice and cosy place to get around Okinawa if you drive but if you do not, walking from Asato station will get you at least 10 mins or more.

Happy to recommend this place to anyone staying in Naha. The place is clean, staff of the guesthouse is great. I would have love to have a couch inside the guesthouse to lounge but perhaps this would cramp the room.

Repeat Visit
This was the second year we've stayed at this hotel. Although it's a bit small (which is usual for Japan), it's a great place to stay. If we visit Okinawa again next year, I'll look to stay at White Terrace again. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The only negatives to report are the TV/computer combo is loud and takes a bit of getting used to when you're trying to sleep. The mattress on the bed is also very hard; however, sleeping on top of the futon instead of under it helped soften it.

Nice place to stay and relax
The place is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is 24 hour Mos Burger just across the road if you get hungry. I would definitely stay at this place again when I visit Okinawa in the future.

Owning my own apartment!
First up, this stay has all that I need for a perfect stay. Kitchenette (cooking utensils can be rented), washing machine in the room (washing powder provided) and the amount of towels for my days of stay are already in the closet. There is also a set of pillows and bed sheet. Of course I can approach the staff should I have enquires but basically everything is set for and provided for a really pleasant and private stay. The computer/TV in the room also has a map marked with nearby recommended spots.

FCFS Car Park
Overall is okey, however, the car park is on first-come, first-served basis. As we were out until late, there are no car park for us and It's a bit hard to find a public car park as a tourist.

Good value for money
The hotel is around 15 mins from International Street but I knew where I wanted to go so for the money I paid for, it's good value for money considering the size and cleanliness of the room compared with other hotels which are nearer to International Street. The staff were really nice and helpful and their English was the best I have come across in (hotels in) Okinawa.

NIce Place!
Nice place! Safe, quiet and clean apartment. We stayed there for 10 days. We wouldn't hesitate to go back. The only remark is that if you are English speaker, we didn't see any English channel on TV. That wasn't a problem for us. We truly enjoyed discover the Okinawa culture and Island. P. S: Zamami Island is paradise. The beaches are pristine, so snorkeling and diving was an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed the Island, food and the Okinawan people. And, of course, we also enjoy the Tsuboya Guesthouse. Thanks for everything =)

Nice place to stay
Nice and quiet stay, clean, modern and in very good condition. Best to hire a car to be able to see everything, parking is available on site. There was no crockery or anything in the kitchen so being self sufficient is a bit hard.

Naha best budget hotel
Great price and room size is very comfort as well. Located in a quiet neighbourhood and only 10-15 minutes walk to the Naha high street. Everything we needed is inside the room and we do not even need to contact the host / go to the reception.

Experienced the coldest days in Okinawa! So a "warm toilet sitting pad" is needed. haha Room is nice and well equipped! Would love to stay for a bit longer time but with a car next time. Chatted with hotel staffs and look forward to share the Okinawa music during next stay.

Kind staff, clean and good location
Clean,close to metro station,they have nice shampoo and conditioner,washer in the room. But, unfortunately, no dryer in the building so, if you are staying only for 1 night you cannot do laundry because not everything will air dry until next morning. Regardless, I recommend it,especially because the staff is always very kind and professional.

インテリアは一昔前のお洒落といった雰囲気だが、清潔で使いやすい。 洗濯乾燥機が部屋の中にあり追加料金がかからないのはとても便利。キッチンが広く自炊に適していることからも、長期滞在に特に適している。 中心街から少し離れており住宅地にあるが、徒歩で15分くらい歩くのが苦でなければ、コストパフォーマンスはかなり良い。

辦工室工作時間太短（0900-1700），要借用物品需就辦工時間，但作為旅客都會早出晚歸，好難等到九時後出發下午五時回來，其實可以放置一個地方可方便旅客隨意取用，否則請延長服務時間。

ワンルームマンションのようなホテルでとても楽しく緊張もせずに過ごせました 15分ほど歩いたら国際通りにもでれるのでよかったです 普通のホテルと違うので他のお客さんともほとんど会わないので気を使わないで過ごせました 1台洗濯機と粉洗剤も置いてあるので洗濯できて旅行から帰ったあとの洗濯物の山にもならずにすみました

泊まるだけならここでOK
全体的に清潔。手続き簡単。駐車場もあってレンタカー旅行にはもってこい。 夜中に洗濯機など色々な音が聞こえてくるけど、そういうのを気にしない方にはお勧め。

아주 편안하고 안락한 휴식처
안내직원의 친절하고 상냥한 서비스와 깨끗하게 정리된, 호텔 그이상의 안락함을 안겨준 편안한 휴식공간이었다. 가성비최고이지만 국제거리와 위치적으로 멀리 떨어져있어서 다소 힘들었던거같다.
