"The hotel was central and easy to find with our car rental. Japanese hospitality has been top notch at every hotel and this was no exception. We were met at our car, escorted to check in and up to our room. We were later than expected and looking for a quick snack ending up at the 18th floor lounge. We were surprise by the 550Y “cover charge” to go in. Other than that we were very happy with this beautiful, central hotel!"

"家族で楽しむという感じではありませんが、清潔で気持ちよく過ごすことができるホテルです。敷地内にコンビニもあり軽食、飲み物やその他も手に入ります。無料の駐車場も広く使いやすいので車が必須の沖縄では便利です。夕方はソフトドリンクや泡盛等の無料サービスもあるので、お酒好きな方にはうれしいサービスです。車を運転するのでソフトドリンクしか飲んでいませんが、シークワーサージュースはとても美味しくお代わりをしてしまいました。今回に2度目の利用でしたが、前回と同じように友人たちとの複数人での利用なので、１人1部屋の利用ではとても快適に利用することができます。ファミリーでの利用ではお際に慣れているので恩納村のホテル利用が多いのですが、沖縄に詳しくないメンバがいる際は南部へ行くことも多い為、北谷エリアを中心にホテルを選択することが多く、こちらのホテルは立地、清潔さ、サービス、価格などの面から最適です。"

"部屋にUSBポートがゼロ。今時のホテル設備にしてはありえない。慌てて車を走らせコンビニにいき、タップを買いました。携帯だけでなく、いろいろ充電が必要。これだけは何がなんでもUSBポートをつけていただきたい。お風呂は日本式なので、家族で一緒に入れてありがたかったです。朝食もいろいろ。スタッフさんも国際色豊かで親切。子供連れが多いので仕方ない部分がありますが、部屋の窓が手垢だらけなのはいただけません。"

"Room was clean, and had everything you need like washer and dryer. Area was mostly quiet with the occasional loud motorcycle speeding down the road. I didn't drive so I cannot say much about the parking at this property. We arrived after 7pm, so we had to self check in. It was fairly easy but having never stayed at a property with limited front desk hours (9am to 7pm) I was a bit concerned as i was flying in on a 10 hour flight and airport transfer.
