"外国の方の利用が多かったです。スタッフの方も外国の方が多い印象でした。みなさんとても親切でした。 客室はとてもキレイで過ごしやすかったです。 駐車場がホテルから少し離れていたのですが、トゥクトゥクが頻繁に行き来していたので困ることはありませんでした。 売店もおしゃれな商品が多くおいてありました。子どものマリンシューズも販売していて助かりました。 1点、日本語があまり得意ではないスタッフの方がいらっしゃり、駐車場の説明を受けたのですが聞き取りづらかったのが困りました。 あまり難しい口頭で説明をさせずに、パネルや図で説明していただいた方がいいかもです。"

"The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach. Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff is really helpful. The beach is very nice. There are many activities you can purchase at the beach...

"This is an incredibly luxurious hotel. It stands out from the moment you walk in. Spacious rooms. Fantastic breakfast. It was so nice I went and paid extra for a massage. They even give you a small minibar everyday for free. So far best hotel I’ve stayed in Naha and I’ll definitely go back!"

"Very clean modern hotel with helpful, courteous staff. It's close to a monorail stop and a short walk from Kukosai Dori. There's also a stacked car garage (for a fee) if needed. Rooms are cleaned daily with comf beds, effective ac, balcony, safe, etc."

"This hotel was in a great location! Especially if you have no car. Very close to the train station and wharf for the ferries. The hotel rooms are small but to be expected with visiting Japan. However the bed was not very comfortable! It was very firm and the pillows were flat. I don’t understand the guest charge to use at night and unfortunately I think that’s a downfall. It should be at no cost. The staff were very friendly!"
