"外国の方の利用が多かったです。スタッフの方も外国の方が多い印象でした。みなさんとても親切でした。 客室はとてもキレイで過ごしやすかったです。 駐車場がホテルから少し離れていたのですが、トゥクトゥクが頻繁に行き来していたので困ることはありませんでした。 売店もおしゃれな商品が多くおいてありました。子どものマリンシューズも販売していて助かりました。 1点、日本語があまり得意ではないスタッフの方がいらっしゃり、駐車場の説明を受けたのですが聞き取りづらかったのが困りました。 あまり難しい口頭で説明をさせずに、パネルや図で説明していただいた方がいいかもです。"

"I am American and my beach vacations are usually to Mexico. Please keep that in mind when reading my review as that is what I will compare most of it to. I am spoiled. "This is an incredibly luxurious hotel. It stands out from the moment you walk in. Spacious rooms. Fantastic breakfast. It was so nice I went and paid extra for a massage. They even give you a small minibar everyday for free. So far best hotel I’ve stayed in Naha and I’ll definitely go back!"
