"Staff are frendly but i got bed bug bite all over my body~!! And the place is not quite that place on the map. It is more southen place and it is so far from okavanggo delt gate. If you are ok to sleep with bed bug, i recommend the place"

"Die Xakanaxa mobil camp hat nichts mit mit Xakanaxa im Moremi Nationalpark zu tun. Es ist eine Irreführung! Wir waren am Khwai River aussrhalb des Parks. Hier wurde für uns alleine (3 Personen) das Camp am Fluss bei den Hippos aufgebaut. Wir hatten einen Koch, ein Zeltbauer und unseren Wildführer. Alle hatten sich super bemüht und es war ein tolls Erlebnis. Das Essen war sehr gut für diese Bedingungen und das Uebernachten war so wie bei den Pfadfinder, echt naturnah! "Hotel was great. Manager worked hard to make sure everything was good for us. It was a nice treat to have a kitchen in the room. The hotel also washed my car as a special surprise for the morning. One of the best hotels in my travels across Africa (7 countries). Breakfast was great."

"The sink had no plumbing traps, so it smelled like a sewer if you hadn't used the sink for a while. The lock to the door was really hard to both lock and unlock. I stayed in two different rooms, one didn't have the possibility to lock the bathroom. No restaurant within walking distance and no possibility to make your own food except for a water boiler. Really low level of sounds proofing. The staff was really friendly and helpful though 😊"

"WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RESERVATION. A member of my party arrived on the check in date with the confirmation from Hotels.com. The concierge informed them there was no record of the reservation and that the KESMO LODGE DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTELS.COM. Hotels.com worked with me to resolve the issue, but the Kesmo Lodge was completely absent and not part of the solution. "
