"When looking for a hotel close to the airport, this showed up first, in reality, it's far enough that you might as well drive to Tell Aviv. The hotel only has a shuttle from the hotel to the airport, not the other way around. The bed was comfy and the room was clean, the shower floor was slippery though and I almost planted myself on the floor. The coffee machine didn't work and neither did the phone line. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, she apologized and was nice about it."

"All the staff and super friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious. Even though the hotel is built in the 50’s, it is well maintained. The older lady that works the breakfast buffet is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is a nice variety. The man who works the main desk (I think his name is Sam) is super nice, accommodating, helpful and easy to talk too. The young man who’s the manager is also very nice and always greets you. "

"This is an old property with many upgrades. Unfortunately with the war, the collapse of tourism has taken its toll. Our room needed some maintenance attention that was handled immediately and they upgraded us for our inconvenience. The staff and owner were incredible. The access to Old Jerusalem made it worthwhile to be able to walk the markets and landmarks. Whe the balcony is nice, the sound from the Tower of David across the street made some nights unbearable. "Fantastic location! The renovated room has a smaller bathroom than the older rooms. The new room needed more bars and hooks for hanging towels.
