"Great place to stay while visiting Matakana. 10/10 would stay again."

"Great stay and property."

"The chalets in the bush were beautiful, however there’s no lifts or parking near your room. So you had to carry your suitcases to your room and walk up & down the hill to reach your car. The breakfast was disappointing. I expected a lot more from a Mercure hotel."

"Great place"

"Nice view"

"The room, bathroom, and kitchenette were very clean. Big plus included a little private balcony with great views onto the bay. Check-in was handled via the phone and the manager came a bit later to check if everything was ok. Parking was free. All in all, a nice place to stay."

"Nice room but on the smaller size. Small fridge but no freezer included, so unable to freeze ice packs. Restaurant/bar/pub one step from rooms. Short walk to downtown streets and grocery store."

"Quiet and very comfortable"

"They have amazing staff that are so loving and make sure everything was perfect, Everything was 10 out of 10! Will be visiting again"

"Great room right on the beach"
