"Had booked and prepaid for a room with King bed. When we arrived they only had a room with a king bed that was pet friendly. My wife and I have allergies so they offered a double queen room which we accepted as there was no other choice. We are not large people but the beds felt smaller than a typical queen for some reason, maybe because we were expecting to be in a king bed. The staff were thoughtful and curteous and the information provided to navigate the premises was great. The gentleman working the dining room even walked around to topoff/refill your coffee and he even served my mom a coffee while she waited for me to get her plate to her. 💜 The ADA room even provided a separate shower...

"Was a good stay and convenient for our travel plan"

"There was a fragrance in the room that was overpowering. Also, the overhead light in the bathroom was connected to a noisy fan. You couldn’t turn on the bathroom light without getting the noisy fan too. Not very relaxing for a bath or for putting on makeup, etc."

" Sure would have been nice to have been informed that a giant convention of little league baseball players would be swarming the hotel. We got a complaint call from the front desk because our tv was too loud...it's because we couldn't hear it over the elephants stomping over our heads or the loud house party happening in the courtyard outside our window or the hordes of children swimming in the pool well until 11:30. Not cool at all."

"The room was clean and the bed was incredibly soft with hot water for the jetted tub and the rooms were quiet and the air for the room is not thermostat controlled which allowed for good background noise. "
