"The hotel in general is so accommodating. We asked if we could check in early, provided that it is avaible, we were able to and that is a big help for us. The staff, Jessie and Luis and there's another female, I forgot to ask the name, are very welcoming! Although we are San Diegans, living about an hour away from the city, we found a place to stay whenever we need one. We'll come back whenever there's a need to stay overnight. The laundry and fitness room are a big +. -N Family"

"Room was so over fragranced it was unbearable. The odor was so strong it absorbed into our clothes. Found a whole house are freshener pad inside the air conditioner fan. Even after I removed it, the room was too far gone to recover. Breakfast is on the 2nd floor stuffed into a tiny toom which barely hold 10-12 people. Avoid it."

"The room had a strong tobacco smoke smell and other unpleasant odors. The smell was noticeable as soon as I entered the room and made my stay uncomfortable. I expected a clean, fresh-smelling room and was disappointed with the condition."

"The hotel is beautiful, but it lacks some of the basic amenities that you would naturally expect from a place that charges you this much. For example, no coffee in the rooms (except packets of instant espresso they will deliver if you call), wash cloths, cleaning of your room during your stay unless specifically requested, water spills ALL over the floor from the shower due to the design, and the beds are truly terrible. "It was very roomy. Need to fix elevator a little bit. Breakfast could have been better."

"There were stains on the couch and the kitchenware was not properly cleaned. Electrical outlets need to be checked - some were usable and some were not. If you plan a trip with a vehicle and choose this hotel my recommendation would be to leave your car in the parking lot and Uber. The parking was the most tedious part of our trip because multiple cars would be double parking."
