"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and well looked after, making our experience truly enjoyable. A special mention goes to Matthew from the restaurant service, who was exceptional. He was always kind, helpful, friendly, and greeted us with a genuine smile. "The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight our boys"

"the room was clean, the staff was friendly and everything was in the room that I needed. I did pick this hotel as it advertised a gym, however there was no free weights in the gym and only 3 pieces of equipment (maybe 4) so I had to go to a gym in soelden still. I may have stayed in another hotel if I had realised how sparse the gym was. A single bench and some free weights up to 50 lbs would have been adequate to avoid this and would have allowed me to give it more stars."
