Had a problem with the air circulation in the room and though it was a bit of a struggle to sort it out, in the end i felt it was handled fairly. I think the conversation was a bit 'lost in translation' so the interaction felt accusatory and took a long time. "

"Great hotel in the heart of Nazare. Breakfast was mediocre at best, but it’s a free hotel buffet.
I paid extra to get an ocean view room with a balcony and it was worth every penny. Waking up to the waves crashing and views of the sea was the best.
The hotel room is spacious, clean and comfortable.
I hesitated staying here at first, but I sure am glad I kept the reservation. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
