Hotel très recommandable

Hotel avec des suites spacieuse. Très belle salle de bain également, en revanche il n’y a pas d’escalier pour le moment pour circuler entre les étages. L’ascenseur quand il est disponible est obligatoire. Niveau sécurité, tout est aux normes ? D’autre part on vous facture une eau gazeuse qui ressemble vraiment aux eaux non gazeuses qui sont offertes. Etrange. Ceci dit c’est tout à fait recommandable.

Uno hotel

Professional, courteous, and friendly service from check in to check out. Room was very comfortable. My only suggestion is when you arrive request a room that is not overlooking the Main Street unless you want to wake up early in the morning to the street noise. That and not in room 101 which is next door to the breakfast area.

Nice hotel in downtown

Good location, many restaurants around. They offer airport shuttle for 750 hryvna, too expensive. We got a ride for 80 using inDriver app.

This is fairly new and modern designed small hotel. I have exchanged three hotels in about ten days and this one is exceptional. It is located in distinct location surrounded with some small apparel exclusive shopping and excellent restaurants. I enjoyed every bit of the moments being here.

Flotte Uno design hotel

Flott hotell med en liten bar og liten restaurant. Rommet var åpent og rent men ingenting ekstra utover en liten TV og vannkoker (apple tv vennlig). Ikke det varmeste vannet i dusjen. Ingen kaffi og te servering utenom i baren. Hyggelig og imøtekommende resepsjonister (Leonid var svært eksepsjonell) og sikkerhetspersonell. Det tok heller ikke turistskatt for oppholdet. Nært mye flotte steder, ikke minst Odessa Food market (100 meter) perfekt for frokost, eller når som helst egentlig. Eneste kritikk var lite informasjon om hotellfrokost/massør/treningsmuligheter. Alt i alt et anbefalt hotell i vakre Odessa.

I would like to personally thank the staff for their friendliness and willingness to help especially Ekaterina who was at the front desk. My flight was not until 9pm on the day i was supposed to check out and after my girlfriend asked if i could stay for a few more hours she let me stay and check out until 7pm so i could rest and relax in the room! I have never experienced that any hotel i have stayed anywhere in the world during my trips! The rooms were modern, new and very clean and everything is just a walking distance away. My girlfriend from ukraine had a great and memorable time here and we will come back here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends

Fabulous hotel very centrally located. We were upgraded to standard room which was lovely. Service efficient, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately only stayed one night and as we had very early tesin departure in morning we didn't have the breakfast. We both liked Odessa.

My UNO Experience

Excellent all-round service, polite room staff, efficient management, excellent breakfast and breakfast staff, friendly receptionists. Great security! Enjoyed my stay immensely, will definitely return. The rooms are original, well designed, comfortable beds, ample bathroom space, well equipped with good electrical points for appliances and devices
