"I never could reach my room and had to pay for another hotel elsewhere. There was no one at reception, no one answered the phone, and I never received an email from hotel with my check-in instructions or room number (I did check my spam folder). I put my confirmation number in the hotel website form for troubleshooting reservations, but it stated that my reservation could not be found. Very frustrating. I want my money back. "

"Super clean room Staff were very nice Breakfast was wonderful a good choice of everything and was really fresh and tasty. There is a honesty fridge of wine and beer plus snacks which we used. This was a nice touch and we enjoyed the delicious wine on our balcony. The garden was lovely with some rabbits, a nice play area and close to a beautiful walk along the vineyards. We will definitely love to stay here again. "
